How Do I Get a Library Card?
1. Are you a resident of Jones Township?
Residents, businesses, and property owners in Jones Township may apply for a WPL card (with full patron privileges) at no charge. Your WPL card (as a Jones Township resident) also comes with AccessPA membership. Please register in person* at the library or visit WPL Card Online Sign-Up to submit your application for a 90-day temporary account.
*Adults must present a photo ID and proof of current address to receive a library card. All children 3 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is required to sign the parental authorization.
2. Are you a resident of Pennsylvania with an Access PA card from your Home Library?
The Wilcox Public Library participates in the AccessPA Statewide Borrowing Program. Your PA home library AccessPA card gives you borrowing privileges at our library.
3. Still don’t qualify? Purchase an annual WPL card!
Non-residents may pay an annual fee for a WPL card, with full patron privileges. This card may be used by all family members of a household for one year.
How much does it cost?
Current Non-Resident Fee:
- $50.00 per household
- $25.00 for students
Lost or stolen cards and changes of address should be reported to the library as soon as possible. Replacements for lost cards are $5.00.
